Health, Fitness & Nutrition do not have a one size fits all approach. Each person is different in many aspects when it comes to reaching their health and fitness goals. I am here to help you reach these goals effectively, efficiently, and safely. 

 

Accountability: having a coach significantly enhances an individuals commitment and adherence to their fitness and nutrition goals. A coach provides consistent motivation, support, and encouragement, helping individuals stay focused and disciplined through an often difficult process. By setting realistic goals & tracking progress, coaches hold individuals accountable for their everyday actions, ensuring they stay on track even when motivation diminishes. This type of accountability fosters a sense of responsibility, building confidence and helping individuals achieve their desired results effectively.

Knowledge & Guidance: through countless hours of learning through university, accredited fitness & nutrition programs, and real life training, I possess extensive knowledge in exercise science, nutrition, weight loss, and so much more. Using this expertise, I will guide you through your journey to achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall health.  

Proper Technique & Injury Prevention: performing an exercise wrong may lead to serious injury and limited ability to reach your health goals. Ensuring correct form, I will help to reduce your risk of injury and maximize the effectiveness of each and every workout you complete. 

Education: during our time together, I will educate you on the purpose and benefits of each exercise and nutritional advice given. By explaining the purpose and benefits, you will gain your own knowledge and understanding of health. Given this knowledge, you will be able to maximize your own health as well as others around you.
